In Pics: Clash at NRCS premises

KATHMANDU: The brawl took place at the Nepal Red Cross Society’s (NRCS) office in Soalteemode. The working committee and employees of Netra Prasad Timsina, who was fired by the government, clashed.

After being kicked out of the Red Cross, the Timsina group went to court as soon as the government appointed a new working committee a few months ago.

Today, the group entered the Red Cross with the Supreme Court’s interim order and was stopped by staff. After the police took control of the situation, the Red Cross premises had calmed down.
