Discussion in Khumaltar by postponing the Central Committee meeting

KATHMANDU: The office of the ruling coalition partner CPN (Maoist Center) is holding a long meeting.
The meeting, according to leader Leela Mani Pakharel, is taking place at the residence of party chairperson Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ in Khumaltar.
According to him, the meeting is discussing the organization’s homework and answering questions raised during the discussion of the political report submitted to the Central Committee meeting.
Former and state in-charges are present at the meeting, which began at 8.30 a.m. The Central Committee of the UCPN (M) has been meeting since last Sunday. At today’s meeting, it was decided that Chairperson Prachanda would respond to the members’ questions.
Voices are being raised that this meeting should finalize the central office-bearers.
