KATHMANDU: Sher Bahadur Deuba, the Prime Minister and President of the Nepali Congress, stated that any issues within the alliance should be seen as normal. He said, “There is an issue in one party. That reality must be taken into account,” in reference to the difficulty in forming an alliance.
