Sonapur Minerals to issue IPO at a premium

KATHMANDU: Sonapur Minerals and Oil Limited to propose an Initial Public Offering (IPO) of securities (shares) at a premium rate at the next general meeting.

The board of directors is preparing to present such a proposal to the company’s 14th general assembly in 15 years.

The company is planning to pass such a proposal to increase its issued capital at the general meeting.

The regulatory body must approve the issuance of a premium IPO.

Sonapur, Sonashree, Sonatec, Sona, Sona Chandi, and Sonali are among the brands for which the company produces cement.
