In Pictures: Paddy Day celebration in Dhading

DHADING: Today is National Paddy Day, which is observed across the country.

Every year on this day, people observe National Paddy Day by working in the fields and eating curd and beaten rice.

According to a decision made by the government on 2061 BS, Mangsir 29 (14 December 2004), the celebration of National Paddy Day has been started from 2062 BS, Ashar 15 (29 June 2005).

On National Paddy Day, there are paddy day occasions in Dhading.
