Three Karnali players won silver & bronze medals

KATHMANDU:  Three Karnali athletes won silver and bronze medals at the 44th National Athletics Games, which were held at Dasharath Stadium in Kathmandu. Karnali athletes won silver and bronze medals in the athletics games held on June 24 and 26.

Ram Maya Budha won silver in the 800 meters, while Dilli Bhandari won bronze in the 200 meters, according to Karnali team coach Manaraj Shahi.

According to the Karnali Sports Development Council, Kabita BC from Karnali won a bronze medal in the women’s high jump and Ram Maya Budha won a bronze medal in the 3,000-meter race.
