Tourism Minister Prem Ale resigned

KATHMANDU: Prem Ale, Minister of Culture, Tourism, and Civil Aviation, has resigned. He handed in his resignation to Madhav Kumar Nepal, the party’s chairperson. Chairperson Nepal had previously stated at the party’s second plenary meeting, “I have walked with the resignation letters of some ministers.”

Ale is getting ready to hold a press conference to announce his resignation. Today, he is organizing a press conference at the ministry.

On June 5, Ale’s party, the CPN-Unified Socialist Party, recalled the ministers and sent a new one.
