Petroleum prices plummet, such is the new price rate
Consumers will now have to pay Rs 179 per liter for petrol and Rs 163 for diesel and kerosene.
KATHMANDU: The government has reduced the price of petroleum.
The decision to reduce the decision went into effect today.
Petrol was reduced by Rs 20 per liter on Saturday, while diesel and kerosene were reduced by Rs 29 per liter.
Consumers will now have to pay Rs 179 per liter for petrol and Rs 163 for diesel and kerosene, according to the new price.
Previously, petrol was Rs 199 per liter and diesel was Rs 192 per liter.
