SmartChoice Technologies & Pay Nep (Moru Digital Wallet) signed an agreement for Smart QR Services

KATHMANDU: SmartChoice Technologies Ltd. (SCT) – a Payment System Operator licensed by Nepal Rastra Bank – has entered into an agreement with Pay Nep (Moru Digital Wallet) to provide Smart QR-based digital payment services.

With the signing of the agreement, 5 lakhs+ Moru Digital Wallet users will be able to scan and pay at merchants 160 thousand+ outlets offering Smart QR services, and merchants who have not yet enrolled in Smart QR services will be able to do so for free via Moru.

Smart QR is a fully EMV client QR Payment Platform mobilizing State-Of-The-Art financial switch to process payment transactions.

An agreement was signed and exchanged at an agreement signing program organized by Pay Nep by SCT Chief Executive Officer Narayan Prakash Bhuju and Moru Chief Executive Officer Ashutosh Shah.
