BIRATNAGAR: Small vehicle drivers have blocked roads in Biratnagar in protest of the government’s price hike.

The magic van driver was arrested while protesting the unconscionable increase in fuel prices.

At around 9 a.m., the magic van businessmen gathered at Rajbanshi Chowk in Biratnagar. The drivers have stopped traffic in protest of the increased price. During the road blockade, all modes of public transportation were shut down.

The magic van businessmen who threatened to continue the agitation until the price was reduced have been subdued, and the road has reopened. The name of the arrested person has not been released by the police.
