KATHMANDU: CPN-UML MP and former minister Pradeep Gyawali have questioned the Chief of Army Staff as to who gave permission to write a letter to the United States.
At a meeting of the International Relations Committee of the House of Representatives, Gyawali questioned who was the official person who gave permission to write a letter to the United States on October 27, 2015 regarding the SPP.
After asking 4 questions, Gyawali asked, “Who were the Prime Minister and the Minister of Defense on October 27, 2015?” He also asked why the foreign minister had studied the problem at the northern border. What is the result?
