KATHMANDU: Rabi Lamichhane, a journalist, has left Galaxy TV.
He has left Galaxy TV to run as an independent candidate for the House of Representatives in the upcoming elections.
He stated that his last program will be broadcast live this evening.
He is said to intend to contest from Kathmandu-5 or 2.
Madhav Nepal, chairperson of the Unified Socialists, and Ishwor Pokharel, senior vice-chairperson of the Kathmandu 5 UML, were elected in Kathmandu 2.
