Here’s why demand for ‘Boycott Brahmastra’ arose on Twitter
The movie has been the talk of the town for months but as soon as the trailer was released.
KATHMANDU: The trailer of the much-awaited Bollywood movie ‘Brahmastra’ was released, and after seeing it there is a mixed reaction about it on social media.
The movie stars Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, Amitabh Bachchan, Nagarjuna and Mouni Roy in pivotal roles. The movie has been the talk of the town for months but as soon as the trailer was released, #BoycottBrahmastra started trending on Twitter for multiple reasons.
For many reasons, most social media users are outraged over Ranbir Kapoor’s entrance in the temple wearing shoes which are probably prohibited in the Hindu religion.
Some fans of Sushant Singh Rajput also joined the trend and they demanded a boycott against the movie over nepotism.
