The protests began at Ratna Park with Shantibatika and Kamaladi and progressed to the MCA office on Durbar Marg.
Maila Tamang, central leader of the CPN-Maoist, led the rally. Participants carried banners with slogans such as “Go Back MCC,” “Reject MCC,” and “No MCC.”
