Ruling party MPs demand immediate release of Resham Chaudhary

KATHMANDU: Resham Chaudhary’s release has been demanded by Nepali Congress MP Tejulal Chaudhary. He said this while speaking at the parliament’s zero hour on Thursday.

‘Because of their lack of citizenship, Madhesis and Tharus have been unable to find work here. ‘Let the Citizenship Bill be introduced as soon as possible, and citizenship be granted,’ he said. I would like to demand the immediate release of Tharu detainees, including Hon’ble Resham Chaudhary.’
