KATHMANDU: Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba has stated that he is committed to the Democratic Socialist Party’s 11-point demand (LOSAPA).

Leaders including LOSAPA Chairperson Mahanta Thakur and senior leader Rajendra Mahato reached the Prime Minister’s official residence in Baluwatar on Tuesday morning.

They submitted an 11-point memorandum there. The Prime Minister stated that he understood the memorandum. LOSAPA leader Uma Shankar Aragaria stated, quoting Prime Minister Deuba, “We have made the government 11 demands. The prime minister has stated his commitment.”
