Kathmandu Metropolitian to operate call center from Saturday
Complaints received by the call center will be routed to 50 different departments.
KATHMANDU: The Kathmandu Metropolitan City will start operating the call center on Monday.
According to the metropolitian, the call center is being established in accordance with the concept of newly elected mayor Balendra Shah.
From Monday, the metropolitan has begun operating a call center with the option of dialling a toll-free number to lodge complaints and suggestions about problems within the metropolitan.
Complaints received by the call center will be routed to 50 different departments.
