CM Pandey pledges to make Bagmati Province technologically advanced

KATHMANDU: JUNE. 1 – Chief Minister of Bagmati State Rajendra Pandey said that a campaign was going to be launched for digitalization in all areas in Bagmati State.

Addressing an interaction programme in Hetauda today, CM Pandey shared that newly presented policies and programmes for the upcoming fiscal year 2022/23 included a campaign to digitize the state.

“Budget for the upcoming fiscal year will also incorporate Digital Bagmati related campaign. The state government is clear that the development of digital technology will bring about positive changes in society. Hence, the Bagmati Province will be digitized,” the CM assured.

Similarly, Hetauda Sub-Metropolitan City mayor Meena Lama admitted that Hetauda was facing electricity-related issues to make Hetauda technologically advanced. She pointed out the need to optimize technology to bring about positive changes in society.
