POKHARA: MAY. 30 – So far, 21 bodies have been recovered from the Tara Air crash site in Mustang’s Thasang Rural Municipality-2.
Chief District Officer of Mustang Netra Prasad Sharma said that 21 bodies were found. There were 22 people on board, including three crew members.
A Nepal Army helicopter is preparing to transport ten bodies to Kathmandu. Eleven bodies are still on the scene.
According to the Nepal Army, the collected bodies could not be brought to Kathmandu as the helicopter could not land due to bad weather.
