Alliance review meeting being held

KATHMANDU: MAY. 30 -Meetings of the ruling five-party alliance are scheduled to be held.  According to the Prime Minister’s Secretariat, the meeting will take place at 3 p.m. at the Prime Minister’s official residence in Baluwatar.

The meeting will include a budget review as well as the election of local level members. Coalition party leaders stated that they would review the results of all municipal elections.

According to the constitution, the budget speech was already delivered on Sunday. It has been stated that it will also be reviewed in this regard.

The alliance also includes the Maoist Center, the Unified Socialists, the People’s Socialists, and the Rastriya Janamorcha, in addition to the Nepali Congress.
