Let’s not think that Balen is alone, let’s help mayor in work of people: General Secretary Sharma

KATHMANDU: MAY. 27 – Bishwa Prakash Sharma, General Secretary of the Nepali Congress, stated that Kathmandu voters have sent a message to them to change.
Regarding the victory of independent candidate Balen Shah in the metropolitian mayoral race, he stated that they should be changed.
“Congratulations to Balen, let us change ourselves,” Sharma wrote on Twitter. By winning Balen, Kathmandu’s conscious voters have sent us a new message.
He also stated that everyone has a responsibility to help the mayor with the work of the people. “It is our collective responsibility to help the elected mayor carry out the will of the people,” Sharma said.
He also stated that Balen’s victory gave the people hope. “Balen’s victory is not only our defeat but also a triumph of hope and faith in him,” he explained.
