I didn’t win the vote, but I did win the heart : Sirjana Singh

KATHMANDU: MAY. 27 – Sirjana Singh, the alliance’s mayoral candidate, congratulated the winning candidate Balendra Sah.

She posted a congratulatory message on social media, saying she had won the hearts of the people of the city despite losing the vote.

“Of course, I didn’t win the vote, but I did win the hearts of the city dwellers’ parents, sisters, and brothers.”

She also promised to accept the results of the democratic process and to offer constructive support to the newly elected mayor.
