SUNSARI: MAY. 22 – Harka Raj Sampang Rai, the newly elected mayor of Dharan Sub-Metropolitian, has stated that he cannot build Dharan alone. He stated that everyone’s cooperation and support is required for this.

He said in a brief speech after being elected mayor of Dharan with more than 20,000 votes, “I bow to all the voters who voted for me and made me win.” You won me over, but I still can’t do anything on my own. You must always be together.’

He has promised to make a decision about Dharan’s development only after hearing everyone’s suggestions and advice.

“I wouldn’t do anything without your advice,” he said, “Dharan can be built only with the help of political parties, stakeholders and civil society.”
