Chiribabu exceed 30,000 votes in Lalitpur

KATHMANDU: MAY. 22 – Chiribabu Maharjan, a Nepali Congress candidate, has maintained his lead in Lalitpur Metropolitan City.

According to the most recent poll results, he secured 30,860 votes, while CPN-UML candidate Hari Krishna Byanjankar secured 18,201 votes.

Ashta Bahadur Maharjan of the Rastriya Prajatantra Party obtained 3,363 votes.

Manjali Shakya Bajracharya of the CPN-UML is leading the race for deputy mayor. She has polled 17,716 votes, while CPN-Maoist candidate Baburam Bajracharya has secured 12,666 votes.

RPP’s Swarnima Shakhya has got 4979 votes so far.
