Renu has a lead of more than 5,000 votes

KATHMANDU: MAY. 21 – Renu Dahal of the UCPN (Maoist) has got 5,018 votes more than Bijay Subedi of the CPN-UML.

Dahal secured 27,078 votes while Subedi polled  22,060 votes.

Independent candidate Jagannath Poudel has got 9,414 votes for the post of mayor.

Congress’ Chitrasen Adhikari obtained 29,132 votes and RPP’s Himla Gurung polled 17,162 votes.
