Coalition wins in Myagdi’s Dhaulagiri

KATHMANDU: MAY. 17 – The coalition has won in Dhaulagiri Rural Municipality of Myagdi.

Prem Prasad Pun of the coalition (Congress) has won the post of rural municipality chairperson by getting 3123 votes. His nearest rival Thamsara Pun of UML got 2548 votes.

Khim Pun of the UCPN (Maoist Center) won the election with 2,842 votes for the post of vice-chairperson. Pun’s nearest rival Pragati Karki of UML got 2618 votes.
