UML’s Hira wins in Malikarjun Rural Municipality

KATHMANDU: MAY. 16 – Hira Singh Dhami of the CPN-UML has been elected chairperson of Darchula’s Malikarjun Rural Municipality. He was elected with 4,034 votes.

His nearest rival, Nepali Congress candidate Narendra Singh Dhami, got 3,322 votes.

Kalyan Singh Dhami of the CPN-Maoist, on the other hand, has been elected Vice-Chairperson. He has been elected with 3,566 votes. . Gaumati Bhatta of the CPN-UML got 3,322 votes.
