NC took lead by more than 1,500 in Biratnagar

BIRATNAGAR: MAY. 16 – Nepali Congress has maintained the lead in Biratnagar Metropolitan City.

On behalf of the alliance, Nepali Congress’ Nagesh Koirala has got 5183 votes. His nearest rival Sagar Thapa of CPN-UML got 3667 votes.

Until the last vote is made public, the Nepali Congress has maintained its lead with 1526 votes.

CPN-UML’s Shilpa Nirala Karki got 4142 votes while her nearest rival alliance candidate JSP’s Amarendra Yadav is following with 3383 votes.

16940 votes have been counted in Biratnagar Metropolitan City.
