Bijay again took the lead, with Renu trailing by 33 votes in Bharatpur

KATHMANDU: MAY. 16 – CPN-UML’s Bijay Subedi has taken the lead in the Bharatpur Municipal Corporation of Chitwan. He took the lead with three votes about an hour ago and has taken the lead with 33 votes lately.

After counting 11,007 votes, Subedi got 3,838 votes while Renu Dahal of CPN-Maoist got 3,805 votes from the ruling coalition. Independent candidate Jagannath Poudel got 1,511 votes.

Chitrasen Adhikari of Nepali Congress got 4,352 votes while Himala Gurung of RPP got 2,998 votes.
