UML won chief & JSP won deputy chief in Ilam’s Mangsebung

BIRATNAGAR: MAY. 16 – Hemant Rai of CPN-UML has been elected in Mangsebung Rural Municipality of Ilam. He got 38,188 votes while his nearest rival Dikendra Idingo of Nepali Congress got 3495 votes.

Similarly, candidates of the alliance have been elected as vice-chairpersons.

Binod Kumar Nemwang, a candidate from the JSP, was elected with 3729 votes.

CPN-UML’s Sunita Subba polled 3046 votes.
