UML elected chairperson and vice-chairperson in Pauwadungma of Bhojpur

BHOJPUR: MAY. 16 – CPN-UML candidate has won both the posts of chairperson and vice-chairperson in Bhojpur’s Pauwadungma Rural Municipality.

Kiran Rai of UML got 2499 votes while Nagendra Bhujel of UCPN (Maoist) got 1688 votes. Congress Karki came third with 1371 votes. Jyotsana Rai of UML won the election with 2406 votes.

Her nearest rival Samjhana Rai of the Maoists got 1769 votes. Ram Kumari Rai of Nepali Congress polled 1387 votes.
