Coalition won in Darchula’s Naugad, UML lost

DHANGADHI: MAY. 15 – The ruling coalition has won in Darchula district’s Naugad Rural Municipality.

Daljit Dhami, a candidate for the post of chairperson from the UCPN (Maoist) alliance, won the election with 3,598 votes.

Premsingh Dhami, the UML candidate, got 3,191 votes.

Similarly, Jagat Singh Thagunna, a congress candidate for vice-chairperson, won the election with 3 thousand 767 votes.

Gauri Devi Thagunna of the UML got 2,867 votes.
