KACHITWAN: MAY. 15 – Counting of votes has resumed in Bharatpur Metropolitan City, which was suspended after the dispute.

According to UML Chitwan, there was controversy after some more inked votes were rejected.

The counting of votes resumed after an all-party meeting convened by the Chief Electoral Officer agreed to invalidate the ballot papers. The all-party meeting has agreed to invalidate all ballot papers that have been tarnished.
