UML’s lead in Annapurna Rural Municipality

POKHARA: MAY. 14 – UML has taken the lead in Annapurna Rural Municipality of Kaski.

Earlier, the votes of the two wards won by UML were being counted. Counting of votes in wards 10 and 11 is underway.

UML candidate Bishnu KC is leading with 5 votes after counting the first 600 votes. Congress candidate Yuvraj Kuwar got 269 votes while he got 274 votes.

There is no alliance in Annapurna’s chairpersonship.

The Congress has fielded its own candidate while the Maoists have also fielded their own candidate.
