Hamal’s initial lead, following alliance’s lead in Dhangadhi

DHANGADHI: MAY. 14 – Independent mayoral candidate Gopal Hamal has maintained his early lead in Kailali’s Dhangadhi Sub-Metropolitan constituency.

148 votes were cast in favor of the Hamal during the 300-vote count. Coalition candidate Nrip Bahadur Sunar, who is running alongside him, got 103 votes.

Similarly, Ran Bahadur Chand of the UML got 20 votes.

The Coalition’s Shanti Adhikari got97 votes, the UML’s Kandakala Rana got 44 votes, and independent candidate Prabhakar Bhandari got 56 votes.
