Voting started seven hours late in Pelma, Rukum East

KATHMANDU: MAY. 13 – Voting has started seven hours after the scheduled time in the Rural Municipality of Rukum East.

Voting has started late in Pelma of Putha Uttarganga Rural Municipality of the district.

Voting could not take place after the Nepali Congress stated that it would not participate in the polls on the issue of clash between the Nepali Congress and the CPN-Maoist Center two days ago.
