Clash at Bhanodaya polling station in Bajura, voting halted

BAJURA: MAY. 13 – The clash occurred at the Bhanodaya Higher Secondary School polling station in Bajura’s Budhiganga Municipality-5.

During the election, there was a clash between Nepali Congress and UML cadres.

Voting has been halted due to a clash between the two parties. Witnesses said the two sides threw stones at each other. Following the stone pelting, polling station materials were vandalized.

According to reports, an attempt is being made between the two parties to reach an agreement in order to move the voting process forward.
