Voting postponed due to death of a candidate in Kapilvastu

KATHMANDU: MAY. 13 – While the polling is being held across the country today, the polling program has been shifted to Maharajgunj Municipality of Kapilvastu.

According to Chief Election Commissioner Dinesh Thapaliya, 752 of the country’s 753 polling stations are being set up at the local level.

The polling has been postponed to May 17 due to the death of a candidate in the municipality, according to Commissioner Thapaliya.
