Voting also started in Dhangadhi

DHANGADHI: MAY. 13 – Voting has begun in Dhangadhi, the Far West’s only sub-metropolitan city. Voting has begun in various Dhangadhi Sub-Metropolitian centers.

Voting is currently underway in Dhangadhi Sub-Metropolitian to elect 97 people’s representatives, including the mayor and deputy mayor.

There are only nine candidates for Sub-Metropolitan Mayor. The Sub-Metropolitian has 93,151 registered voters. Ward No. 3 has the most voters in the Sub-Metropolitian.

The total number of voters in Ward No. 3 is 8 thousand 221. Similarly, Ward No. 5 has 7 thousand 645 voters. Ward 1, the main market area, has 7,139 registered voters.

For the upcoming local elections, Dhangadhi has 34 polling stations. Similarly, Dhangadhi has 104 polling stations.
