Where are the top leaders including Prachanda & Badal voting?
Prachanda arrived in Chitwan two days before the election.
CHITWAN: MAY. 12 – Chitwan’s top leaders have already arrived in the district ahead of tomorrow’s election. Pushpa Kamal Dahal, Chairperson of the CPN (Maoist Center) and former Prime Minister, is in Chitwan to vote.
After his rush intensified in the district, UML accused him of violating the code of conduct.
Prachanda arrived in Chitwan two days before the election. UML has accused him of actively influencing voters during the period of silence. Prachanda is currently staying at Renu Dahal’s home. When Prachanda arrived at Renu’s house, he was surrounded by government and private vehicles.
Prachanda is casting his vote at the Nepal Police School, Bharatpur Metropolitan City-14, Shantipur, and Chitwan polling stations. Renu Dahal, the mayoral candidate for Bharatpur Metropolitan City, is also voting from the same location.
UML Vice-Chairperson Ram Bahadur Thapa is casting his vote at Narayani Namuna Secondary School in Bharatpur Metropolitan City-10 of Chitwan and Vice-Chairperson Surendra Pandey is casting his vote at Bhandara Hospital Center in Rapti Municipality-5.
Bijay Subedi, a CPN (UML) mayoral candidate, is voting from Mohan High School in Bharatpur-12. Jagannath Poudel, an independent candidate for Bharatpur Metropolitan City Mayor, is voting from Krishnapur Higher Secondary School in Bharatpur-7.
