KATHMANDU: MAY. 12 – A total of 595 employees have been deployed at the polling station in Kalikot for the local level election to be held on Friday.

According to Chief Election Officer Lal Kaji Shrestha, 119 polling officers, 119 assistant polling officers, and other personnel have been deployed to the district for the local level election.

The district has a total of 80 thousand 416 voters, with 41 thousand 944 male and 38 thousand 472 female voters.

The required election materials, including 91,000 ballot papers, have reached at the polling stations and polling booths, according to the District Election Office in Kalikot.
