Staff at polling station began work

BIRATNAGAR: MAY. 12 – Work has started in full swing from the polling stations. The purpose of tomorrow’s election, according to polling officials, is to distribute voter ID cards and inform voters about the upcoming election.
Arrangements are being made to line up voters at some polling stations, according to Kailash KC Poudel, Polling Officer at Gokuwa Basic Polling Station. Poudel stated that the work of distributing voter identification cards, educating voters, and working at the internal polling station is ongoing throughout the day.
Polling officers and staff have already visited 820 polling stations in the Morang district, according to the Office of the Chief Electoral Officer. Voting is taking place in 4,051 polling stations in 1,877 polling places in State 1.
According to the Returning Officer’s Office, all preparations are being made to ensure that voting takes place without incident on Friday.
