Congress cadres surround my house & threaten me: Shanta Chaudhary

KATHMANDU: MAY. 12 – Shanta Chaudhary, a CPN-UML MP, claimed that Congress cadres surrounded her home.

She posted on social media at 10:04 p.m. on Tuesday that she had been threatened by a Nepali Congress cadre in front of her house.

She claimed that Congress cadres surrounded and threatened her home in Dang. “Nepali Congress cadres are currently surrounding my house and threatening me,” she wrote on social media.

The Dang District Police Office then provided security at Shanta’s home.

‘Congress cadres followed my mother-in-law as she returned from my mother’s home after giving her medicine because she is ill,’ she added.
