Locals surround UML candidate’s wife for distributing money

KATHMANDU: MAY. 11 – Locals have surrounded the candidate’s wife in Butwal saying that she have distributed money for the upcoming election.

Baburam Bhattarai, the CPN-UML candidate for mayor of Butwal Sub-Metropolis, has been accused of money distribution.

Local Nepali Congress cadres surrounded his wife Maya Bhattarai, claiming she had arrived to distribute money in a Sukumbasi settlement in Ward No. 11 Majhuwa Tole.
