SURKHET: MAY. 11 – A clash has broken out between UML and Nepali Congress cadres in East Simta Rural Municipality of Surkhet.

The clash injured four police officers, including two UML cadres.

According to the Surkhet District Police Office, a clash broke out between the two parties at Simta Rural Municipality-6 around 10 p.m. on Tuesday.

According to Surkhet Police, Sunil BK, 36, and Indra BK, 24, were injured in the clash and are being treated at Nepalgunj.

The District Police Office Surkhet’s spokesperson, DSP Ram Prasad Gharti, stated that four police officers and two cadres were injured in the clash.
