KATHMANDU: MAY. 8 – According to meteorologists, Nepal is now experiencing a combination of local air, a western low-pressure system, and a low-pressure system extending from Madhya Pradesh to Tamil Nadu in India.
As a result, it has been raining in some areas of State-1’s Terai region since this morning. Meteorologists report that there is partial to moderate cloud cover across the country this morning.
This afternoon will see partial to normal cloud cover across the country. According to the Department of Water and Meteorology, light to moderate rain with thunder and lightning is possible in some parts of State 1, Bagmati State, Gandaki State, and Lumbini State, as well as one or two other parts of the country.
The rest of the country will have clear skies tonight, with a partial to moderate change in the hilly areas. There is a chance of light rain with thunder and lightning in one or two areas of State 1, Bagmati State, and Karnali State’s hilly terrain.
