Deuba phoned Shekhar & urge him to attend assembly

KATHMANDU: MAY. 5 – Sher Bahadur Deuba, the Prime Minister of Nepal, has called the party’s leader, Dr Shekhar Koirala.

Prime Minister Deuba has phoned Shekhar, a leader from Biratnagar. “Come to the assembly in Bharatpur,” he told Shekhar. Leader Shekhar, on the other hand, has stated that he will not abandon his home district program.

Leader Shekhar did not come to Bharatpur to attend an election assembly in Biratnagar, according to his aide Dinesh Chandra Thapaliya.

Gagan Kumar Thapa, the Congress general secretary, has also decided not to attend the event. He is participating in a program organized at Anupam Foodland in Battisputali.
