JUMLA: MAY. 4 – A total of 76,000 ballot papers arrived in Jumla today for the May 13 local level election.

Toya Nath Upadhya, Assistant Election Officer of the Chief Election Office, reported that 152 packets of ballot papers had arrived. He stated that Jumla requires 66,000 ballots.

The ballot papers were brought from Kakikot by the Nepal Army, according to Ganapati Rabin Thapa of the Nanda Box Battalion.

The district has a total of 67 thousand 744 voters. There are 35,273 male voters and 32,471 female voters.
