Number of parties registered with EC reaches 112

KATHMANDU: MAY. 3 – The number of registered parties in Nepal so far has reached 112.

According to the Election Commission’s list released on Tuesday, the total number of registered parties has reached 112. Previously, 111 political parties had been registered in Nepal.

The Patriotic Democratic Party’s registration brings the total number of registered parties in the Commission to 112. Manmohan Shamsher Rana is the party’s leader.
