Former member of National Sports Council joins UML, welcomed by Oli

LALITPUR: MAY. 3 – Tarun Dal, the former regional president of the Nepali Congress, and Niran Khadka, a former member of the National Sports Council, have both joined the UML.

He was introduced to the party by CPN-UML Chairperson KP Sharma Oli in Balkot. Khadka, who gained fame in the politics of Lalitpur, was also the chairman of the then Every Village Committee Tarun Dal.

Entering the party, UML chairperson Oli said that the party should start winning the local elections.
